Wallpaper / Borders
The wall paper/borders form allows the estimator to
enter in the entire rooms walls length, width and height
measurements these measurements will get multiplied together to
determine the rooms total sq ft, you'll use this box if the entire
room is going to get wallpapered. (Refer to Calculating Room Sq. Ft
) in help files. If you only intend to wallpaper a few specific
walls in the room you'll want to use the boxes labeled individual
walls/partial room, in this case you'll need to determine the walls
you intend to wallpaper and enter only those measurements. You
should only need to use one or the other boxes to figure the the
rooms sq. feet.
Note: The box labeled total sq ft. will be the box that determines
the total sq feet that all wallpaper calculations will use to
determine the amount of wallpaper that will be needed to wallpaper
the room.
Note: The box labeled Area Not To Be WallPapered, is used to
subtract these areas from the total sq. ft, since you can't wall
paper over windows, doors etc. these areas must be subtracted from
the total sq. ft. There is also a box labeled % waste.
Notice below there is only the bedroom showing on the
tab pages, to add another room you would click the Add New Room
box and then click on the room box and choose the
room type and this will rename the tab page to this room type.
The Wallpaper/Borders form comes
included in Paint Estimator Pro or it can be purchased separately as
a plug-in form. You must have purchased and installed Paint
Estimator lite, in order to install and use the wallpaper/Borders
Plug-in Form.
